Meet Lauren (Loz) Brown
Lauren’s life has always been sport, as a young athlete she juggled many sports before choosing netball as her pathway. She played at the highest level for approx 10 years, whilst juggling study and then full time work. Since retiring from playing she has worked with the Netball Players Association, she has coached and more recently been working with young up and coming elite athletes in a broad range of sports. Lauren is passionate about athlete well-being and believes a happy athlete is one who is going to achieve great things. Lauren understands first hand the challenges, she has ridden the highs of success and the lows of season ending injury. Her trademark is her empathy and her legacy is that of empowering athletes to feel they can take on any challenge and achieve anything they set their mind to.

Meet Marybeth (Betha) Banks
Marybeth Banks has always had a passion for teamwork, performance, and leadership, values that were first shaped on the sporting field. A lifelong athlete, she excelled in cricket and soccer, and today continues to stay active as part of her local AFL club, the Maroochydoor Roos. That same competitive spirit and commitment to excellence has defined her professional journey. In 2014, Marybeth founded MB Financial Group, where she now leads a dynamic team of over 30 staff. With nearly 20 years of experience across the financial and property sectors, she is a licensed Financial Adviser, Mortgage Broker, and Property Agent, and has worked closely with the accounting profession throughout her career. Marybeth brings the drive of an athlete and the vision of a seasoned business leader to every client relationship. Her energy is infectious, her standards are high, and her mission is clear: to inspire, empower, and help others succeed.
